About Me

Hi, I’m Katja. 

My path has carried me through boardrooms and sacred circles alike. I spent over a decade in the corporate world, navigating power games and strategy at the highest levels, while also devoting myself to personal transformation – from shamanic ceremony to psychedelic integration and guiding others through metamorphosis.

I was born in Germany, have Czech roots and have studied, lived and worked in the United States, Australia, Mexico, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Scotland, UK, the Netherlands, Spain and Croatia.

The many initiations I’ve lived through demanded resilience, surrender, and depth. Motherhood added its own dimension of embodied wisdom. Rooted in years of deep work across ancient wisdom traditions, sacred plant lineages, and refined intuitive practices, I carry a deep trust in the intelligence of the unseen and the living wisdom of nature. All this has shaped how I walk with others.

What I bring is a dual lens and grounded presence, offering you a way of holding both outer success and your inner truth, inviting them to meet in coherence.

I believe that every challenge holds the potential for deep transformation. For us to lean in and grow beyond what we believe we can’t hold. When we embrace upheaval as catalyst, we gain the power to design lives that are not just successful – but aligned, purposeful, and regenerative. My work is about helping you transmute experience into wisdom – and live, lead and relate from it.

My Approach

Think strategic counsel meets inner inquiry. Board meetings meet rites of passage & rituals. Ratio of the mind meets expansion of the heart.

I help you navigate the external moves while integrating the internal shifts – because lasting change happens when both are aligned. This is neither therapy (though it can be cathartic) nor traditional coaching (though I have a certification). It’s something more nuanced, non-dualistic for leaders who operate in nuanced, non-dualistic worlds.

Some clients need intensive deep dives. Others prefer ongoing partnership as they build. Most appreciate the range I can hold – the entire spectrum of the human experience with equal presence.
